You leave out the tax-FREE income White billionaires get (we call it capital gains, which they make off the labor of others). Of 615 billionaires in America, 7 are Black. I think it's fair to say those billionaires got their money by working for it, as entertainers and the like, not by exploiting the labor of others or moving paper around through various financial shenanigans.
