Unless everyone has the same days in the office, every meeting is going to still have to be held partly with virtual meeting technology, no?

I work for two teams whose developers have always been remote (one team in Europe, 6 hours ahead), the latter team with a content partner team in another city. So all the meetings always involve GoTo Meeting or similar.
