This seems like a case study of the value of clear business goals and a roadmap. Sketch just didn't seem to have one, and Figma clearly does. The design team I work with at a large-ish non-profit media company made the switch late 2019 and despite some bumps in the road, we're not going back. We also dropped Invision, just too costly on top of Figma.
