These are all good tips for individual sites and blogs.

But outside of number 7, I don't see that most of these will be readily implemented in large enterprise level websites, especially those that include user generated content. It's challenging enough for UX designers to get developers to address basic usability and accessibility issues, let alone typographic nuances. I say this based on having worked at 3 such companies.
