The C-suite people have their own private offices. The times they have seen and interacted with me in the year before covid amounts to maybe 15 hours total, 12 of them for a monthly bagel breakfast. OTOH, I've gotten some great ideas during the Zoom meetings I've been part of over the past year, with someone on a partner's team—and that team is always remote, they live in a different city.
