That would be pointless. Any company that's spoofing phone numbers and calling from all over the globe, by definition, isn't a legit organization that abides by the Do Not Call list. Thinking otherwise is like believing that telling drug dealers that the neighborhood is a Drug Free Zone will get them to close up shop.
