My favorite is "multi-tasking", code for we actually need you to do the jobs of at least 2 people if not 3, and try to figure out how to juggle all the conflicting project timelines and tasks AT THE SAME TIME! Neuroscience research has documented that our brains cannot do two things at once; rather, some younger brains are more capable of switching back and forth at fast speeds. None of the tasks will be done well if done "simulataneously." Constant context switching demonstrably kills productivity, as it takes our minds 20+ minutes to pick back up on what we were doing from Context A when we had to switch to Context B.
When a company wants its employees to multi-task, I want to ask: Which project, task, or client do you want me to do crappy work for?
Employers want team players, but then they give them "homework" assignments that are focused on producing a UX design outside the context of, um, a team.
Honestly, having been on the job market several times over the course of my decades-long design career, I can say that for the most part, tech recruiting is a joke, from the ATS system to the job ads to the hiring process.
