Love it, Tommy!
When I was on the market in 2018, I ran my resume through one of those parsers to see what it said. One of my job titles was UX designer, so of course I used UX in multiple places. Job ads are full of UX positions. Here’s what the parser said: it flagged every single UX as being wrong, and told me that I must be a UNIX programmer. I did a little research: some parsers are better than others. If a company pays for a crappy outdated one, they are basically screening out qualified candidates without even knowing it. But hey, it saved HR time. I wrote a long piece about this a while back.
In fact, Medium’s spell check is flagging every single UX in my response, but UNIX is okay.
