I've rented most of my life, including now. I can't tell you how many times I could have used a grab bar recovering from surgery. Instead I just didn't take showers for weeks. I wish the government would give landlords a tax incentive to install grab bars in apartments. Or give renters a tax credit for paying to have one installed.
