I've had the delightful experience of pointing out to an earnest HR person that the MBTI was pseudoscience (not using that word!), and was met with: well, it works for me!, and besides, we can use it to help everyone work better together!

How that would happen was never explained, since that would require everyone to learn advanced psychology and managerial principles—and hope that one's "personality" hadn't changed from last year when they filled out the MBTI.
