It is very challenging to ask these kinds of questions when you are in a group interview: you and 3–4 potential co-workers at differing levels in the organization. It’s hard to see how you would get an “honest” answer, let alone have the time to ask each one when everyone’s time has been tightly scheduled. Another reason companies should stop having group interviews.
