In poor neighborhoods, which have disproportionate numbers of African Americans, there tend to not be large grocery stores. Think corner stores, very tiny, packed aisles, poor ventilation. It has nothing to do with the intelligence of Blacks, but of the socioeconomic context of their daily lives.
