I was on the job market at age 60, female in UX, back in 2018. I used Photoshop to de-age my face and hair in a headshot on my portfolio site, covered up the gray with L'Oreal, trimmed down my resume, removed graduation dates... Took me 14 months to get another full-time job, at PBS, and I consider myself lucky; non-profits seem less age obsessed. I retired from that job end of 2022.
