I used ToDoist for about 3 years, and I kept a monthly checklist of work accomplishments, perfect for annual performance reviews. I could export the list into a nicely formatted pdf. Then the company decided to make everything into "teams". I am not a team, unless you count me, myself and I. The nicely formatted pdf bit the dust. When I queried them they contended that they couldn't do that anymore for some technical reason which made absolutely no sense.
Now I actually prefer keeping my weekly schedule in a printed journal. Yes, I have events and appointments in a digital calendar, but I find writing things down helps cement them in memory, and I can take notes right on a weekly spread. It's sort of like a bullet journal mashed up with a day planner. And I get to doodle, too.
