I use MyChart for my orthopedist, whom I see far too often. What kills me is that, on my laptop, on the web, I'll do check in the day before or morning of, and then get a screen that says "click here when you've arrived." What dumbass IT guy imagines patients are carrying their laptops with them to their appointment? That button should only display in their app, which would mean it's on my phone. To compound the idiocy, their system then sends me EMAIL asking if I'm there yet. People, you'll know I'm there WHEN MY BODY PRESENTS ITSELF AT THE FRONT DESK.
