I totally agree about the focus on culture. It’s as important on the candidate side, too, to get a sense of the culture. It’s a good sign from my end that an potential employer expresses consideration regarding time for lengthy process and tries to accommodate, rather than just assume the candidate can easily take off time with short notice.
