I really don't know what purpose a call with HR serves these days. Most companies of any size use a resumé parser in an ATS, to save HR staff the time to actually review resumés the old fashioned way. If the system says you match, how would a non-technical HR person be able to glean any valuable info about you that wouldn't come out in the interviewing process itself? Is it to confirm you're an actual live human being and not a bot? Asking for a friend ;-)
