I live outside DC in a tree-heavy burb. The constant sound of leaf blowers from the lawn services is relentless. The hard surfaces of buildings accentuates the noise. They can be heard from blocks away. First it's the condo complex next door, then my apartment complex, then next door. Vroom. Vroom. And my state doesn't allow individual municipalities to ban them.
