I left Twitter after the DeSantis announcement. I'd been on the platform since 2010 or so. I'm on Mastodon now and while several of the journalists and journalism commentators that I followed on Twitter are there, without a mobile app I rarely check in. I miss the snarky commentary on pop culture on Twitter, and being able to shame companies into customer service, but not enough to feed the fascists.
