I know individuals swear by the MBTI. But the research on its reliability and validity says otherwise. In those studies, people's profiles change from test to test over years, and it does a poor job in matching profiles to work success. There's no rationale for the cut offs between one facet and another. I've taken it twice over my lifetime and got two different profiles.
