I have designed web sites for clients. They supply the content. I built templates and chose colors and fonts, and handled code and installation on a domain. That is NOT creative expression.

Ironically, Smith's website, where she touts her great graphic and creative expression , uses an off the shelf Wordpress theme. And includes not one single example of her work, but multiple client testimonials using only first names.
