I developed a concept for an app for seniors looking to move that would enable them to define their must haves and find places that fit the bill. A little Main Street with a coffee shop and a bookstore is nice, but even nicer for me is nearby quality medical care, public transit for when you can't drive anymore, and an active senior center. Also important is not feeling like a fly in the ointment politically and culturally. AARP too often focuses on a tiny sliver of things that define a good retirement location.
