I can confirm there are some nice senior men in my pickleball group (it's run by my local senior center, senior being over 50 hereabouts). Then there's the retired cop with anger management issues who will go home after the first game if his team gets "pickled"--scores no points. Not husband or even "boyfriend" material.

I've not noticed any more attention from any of the men on my spandex days, but when I hit a great shot, that generates praise, lol.
