I am looking for some help in terms of UI design and affordances for the following situation: a site for teachers, in which there are some resources, such as videos, where we have the resource available in another language. But the resource is in a web page with lots of other content that is NOT also available in other languages. So, for example, a video with related articles, support materials, and state curriculum standards. Does anyone have examples they like of how to visually indicate to a visitor that the specific RESOURCE on that page is available in another language? For example, an overlay on the video clip image with a language toggle? Or an icon in a caption?

Thanks in advance, my searching online has been fairly fruitless so far.
