How many of the recruiters on LinkedIn actually work for the company that is hiring? Versus the random people posing as "recruiters" who send out feelers based on nothing more than matching up X number of keywords, and who clearly haven't even looked at your resume.
But they always say "this is a perfect match for you" even if it's for a position completely unrelated to your skills. Sadly, I think LinkedIn is more interested in making money off of anyone who pays to be a "recruiter" than they do vetting these folks. In my experience.
