Hi Tanner! Interesting piece with some good points. But I find myself wondering about the size of the companies you've worked with. A lot of your ideas I can see working really well in a small, flat organization and not very well in a large, multi-department organization. Just my take, based on having worked at a small start-up and a large organization with different product teams and lines of reporting.
