First off, snarky comment: Amazon was founded by someone whom I consider to be a sociopath. I don't think the company gives two figs about its reputation.

Second, there's another lawsuit waiting to happen. When you order enough to get free shipping and go to checkout, Amazon not only doesn't have that as the default choice, they hide the radio button to select it way down the page. Meanwhile there's a ginormous button in the right sidebar to place the order.

I am pretty sure new regulations has been passed requiring companies to make cancellation as easy as sign up.

BTW Netflix never notified me that my DVD plan price went up. When September comes and they end DVDs, I'll drop Netflix entirely and switch to Paramount+ and stream more, better content than Netflix.
