During a period of unemployment, I was asked to take a screening test with questions that had NOTHING to do with the job. I politely withdrew, and told them why. Fell on deaf ears. Their response was, well, to be "fair" everyone, no matter the role, has to take the test. This degree of nonsense told me they wouldn't be a "good fit" for me.
