At the tail end of being a FT worker, I have found an employer that hits so many of the marks you mentioned: (mostly) drama-free, supportive manager, people who value my contributions, hybrid schedule, a culture that values learning and growing, a transparent CEO with a commitment to DEI. Fails on the bathrooms, but still.

But I no longer want to work full time. I'm just tired of 40 years of the grind. and I have a deep sense of the shortness of time.
